1. Professional Services

MAesthetics Skin Atelier provides clinical-grade skincare treatments. While we strive for the best results, individual outcomes may vary. Treatments are performed by qualified professionals using industry-standard protocols.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked through our official booking system (Square Appointments).
• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and following post-treatment care instructions. Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for services are subject to change. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods through our secure Square terminal.

5. Liability

MAesthetics Skin Atelier is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed health information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
